Some fixes aren't being detected by Mojira Bot

The Bug

For some reason the Mojia bot isn't detecting some fixes for future versions on the tracker. So far this has only happened twice.

The two reports are https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-226441 & https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-223051 that weren't picked up properly. There is some information here by Violine that possibly explains why this is happening
