Use the Slurm Perl API

In this PR, I present an alternative approach to calling sacct and using regex/line splitting to get the information we need. Additionally, I made the following modifications:

• Added print "\n──────── CPU Metrics ────────\n"; to differentiate between CPU and GPU metrics
• Removed the type of GPU (although I include a TODO item explaining how we could get this)
• Changed the units displayed so they are correct
