Display country tax collection amounts on xPRO bulk order form and receipts

General Implementation Details:

I was looking into the implementation details of the bulk checkout page. The Bulk Checkout page calls the products API (api/products). It is a bit different from the regular checkout as we have a basket API call in regular checkout and include the tax_info field in the API response.

api/products is a public API so we have following options:

• Create a new API for tax info, bulk checkout would call both api/products and the tax info API.
• Add the tax information to the existing API.
• (Recommended) the tax information to the existing API based on a query param.
