Find a new maintainer

Our company is no longer using AWS Kinesis and will no longer be maintaining this plugin beyond simple security fixes (and eventually that will wind down too).

Anyone interested in taking over responsibility with the requisite skills and proof you're not totally nefarious should reply to this issue.
