Unable to upload files using drag and drop (MS Edge)

Expected Behavior

Allow drag and drop files into buckets for file uploading with Microsoft Edge

Current Behavior

Uploading files with MS Edge drag and drop, path becomes /./{filename}:

Error: Resource name contains bad components such as ".." or ".".

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Log in to Minio Web UI with MS Edge
2. Select a bucket and upload a file using drag and drop

Context

Uploading files using Firefox works well
Seems to be fixed in #3492 but not released?
