env manager doesn't find nested venv

This is a strange edge case but I have a .venv nested in my folder structure (/Users/eleanorboyd/testingFiles/python-ext-tester/python-testing/inc-dec-workspace/.venv) and the env manager doesn't find it

You need to add inc-dec-workspace as a project and then it will detect it.
