created package wrong env in UI

See video, when the global env is set thats wrong, after reload it is right. Should display right without reload

additional step to verify if you add this to your settings "python-envs.defaultEnvManager": "ms-python.python:system", then go through the flow to create a new environment, you should see a virtual environment created just like before (this is bc "ms-python.python:system" doesn't have a create function). so the same outcome (see a venv created) just a different process to get there
