"Reset to Default" is unclear

There's a "Reset to Default" context menu on all my envionrments. I assume this resets the environment to use the system interpreter? But this is unclear and I have no idea to undo it and use the interpreter from the virtual environment instead.

@eleanorjboyd to be honest, we can probably remove this? I don't remember a particular scenario in which this was added to address but @karthiknadig may be able to add some context.
