Hide descriptions of environment managers in panel

Should we hide the descriptions of the Environment Managers in the panel - I am not sure they add much more value and contribute to a lot of visual noise. Since the venv description is longer you have to extend the window a lot in order to see the whole description.

@karthiknadig Good call out, yes. Especially since we just have "global" for the global environments and it is under the environment managers fold.

This should be in the latest pre-release. Give it a try, the descriptions are moved to tooltip
