copy permalink uses wrong repository for submodules #5181

Consider a project with git submodules - when opening a file from one of the submodules selecting "copy github permalink" from the line number, a link is copied that contains the correct file and commit, but uses the url of the "main" repository.
Example: nimbus-eth2 is a project with submodules - one of the submodules is nim-blscurve and bls_batch_verifier is a file in nim-blscurve.
Instead of the expected https://github.com/status-im/nim-blscurve/blob/3956f63dd0ed5d7939f6195ee09e4c5c1ace9001/blscurve/bls_batch_verifier.nim#L390, https://github.com/status-im/nimbus-eth2/blob/3956f63dd0ed5d7939f6195ee09e4c5c1ace9001/blscurve/bls_batch_verifier.nim#L390 is copied.
