As per #103 which you can read for detailed reasoning, this changes the JSONC parser default to what the UI presents to the user as the most prominent usage, where trailing commas are allowed. Since JSONC seems used as a config format intended to be written by humans, this seems more aligned with that as well. The draft on JSONC.org isn't unlikely to follow such a change.
Please note I'm not suggesting to remove the warning in the VS Code UI about trailing commas, since I realize other JSONC parsers might still treat this differently.
