Publish plan results in Tab

Feature request:

Publish plan results of Terraform Plan to tab on top. I.e after previous tabs:

Hi, we are focusing on security updates, bugs and keeping task up to date with Node versions. All enhancements are on a “if we have time” basis.

I would love/appreciate if someone in the community would help out make the changes/ enhancements and I will assist with code review and general help around build and deploy.
