Public API method Project#getCompilerOptions() was renamed in ts2.6 #19218
Description
The method Project#getCompilerOptions() was renamed to getCompilationSettings(). In fact I don't see any significant reasons to rename the method (understanding that api will be broken)
the same thing like in #19216 — the change is critical for all JetBrains IDEs. This change totally breaks the compiling support.
