C++ sample did not have any use case of leveraging package identity by creating Sparse package.
Made changes to the PackageWithExternalLocation cpp project to support Share Target.
Sparse package is registered only if OS Supports this. Added the version check for the same.
Added readme to explain how to run the sample app with Identity.
