Line breaking for small resolutions

For small devices e.g. 120x146mm the resulting text is hardly readable because of a lot of ERR014. In many cases words are tranceted beginning 0.5 mm behind the first letter.
My proposal - if the word does not fit into the line, start at the next one.

My command line:
htmldoc --webpage --no-title --gray --right 10mm --linkcolor 'blue' --bottom 0mm --no-links --header 0 --size 120x145mm --no-duplex --top 0mm --overflow --embedfonts --bodyfont times --no-toc --footer 0 --left 0mm test.html -f test.pdf

We break lines before words if they don't fit, but if the width isn't enough for a single word we don't break the words...

Can you attach sample HTML and PDF files?

The table is overflowing the page, and the text is wrapped to the table and not the page.
