Feature or improvement you want

Display ack status of sent emoji reaction.

Why should this be added?

We already have a displayed ack status for messages, so why not emoji reactions too?

Screenshots / Drawings / Technical details

Maybe grayed out until [implicitly] ack'd, or different colored background? Could also be animated/pulsing until max transmission reached or ack'd.
