Description
Base bootstrap variables on import of bower package.
Do it in a less/sass way so that people using the source files have full variable control.
- import less variables
- alter common variables to reuse bootstrap's variables
- make sure to fix media query variables from navbar uses media queries with hard coded width instead of bootstrap's variables @screen-* #352
- add bootstrap-sass to bower
- add conversion rule for sass compilation
