The only CI error is elpi compilation with coq-dev so maybe it is not relevant and this PR can be merged. |

Motivation for this change
PR #797 has stuff about clopen sets, disconnectedness, and 2nd countability. This PR is splitting things up for an easier review, and I'll close the other. This one defines the basics of clopen sets a bit about connectedness.
