Pill sticks to the Marker

When you swipe your map on "turn by turn" Navigation the pilll sticks behind the Marker. Shouldn't it stick to top of the information bar at the bottom instead of moving with the Marker?

That being said, we are looking into a few performance issues from updating the map run-time styling so frequently. So performance-wise, it may ultimately make more sense to make this a View above the SummaryBottomSheet.
