I have ImgBot active on my account, so while having the other PR, it optimized the two PNGs on my fork 😄. It's lossless compression, so no quality change. AFAIK in case of PNGs it e.g. reduces color space to closer match the actual used colors of the PNG, hence removing unused bits. Might save some bytes of traffic over the years 😅.
