[Backport] Changed get product way in blocks with related products

Description (*)

Thanks to this change, you can create a block in layout and set data product.

Manual testing scenarios (*)

1. Create block in layout
   $layout->createBlock('Magento\Catalog\Block\Product\ProductList\Upsell');
2. Set data product
   $layout->setData('product', $product)
