Magento 2.0.0 : shipping method not display when [ configured product having only 1 attribute ]

1. Install Magento CE 2.0.0

I have added 10 configured product with only one colour attribute ( colour swatcher ).

1. Add This Configurable Product ( having Only One Color attribute ) to the cart.
2. In checkout page shipping method is not display.

I have added only one item with 2 attribute

Than Checkout page display Shipping Method

I want display shipping method when , cart having [ simple product , simple + configured product ( one attribute , simple + configured ( more than only attribute ))
