magento 2.0.2 Flush cache leads to error re missing class and cannot create new customer

Class Magento\NewRelicReporting\Model\Apm\DeploymentsFactory does not exist
Class Magento\Newsletter\Model\SubscriberFactory does not exist

After new install there was also missing components from catalog and product, not plausible

error2.pdf

to create new product, attribute or category. Was forced to uninstall and install again. the products and categories did correct and now work, the above two, flush cache and creating new customer continue to report missing components.

Any advise?

My earlier post is resolved for me it turn out that by "FULL version Magento" download does not necessarily mean you can get automatically 100% of components installed, it turn out that if your Magento 2.x.x is in production mode IS A MUST to manually deploy all components, otherwise there will be a lot of blank screens and error for missing components. Once I did deploy manually all start to run well.

When Magento's set to production mode, it will not generate these classes. Before you deploy to production mode, you need to run the command line
$ php bin/magento setup:di:compile
command. This will automatically create any file you need in
var/generation

ways to fix this problem

php bin/magento setup:di:compile
php bin/magento indexer:reindex
php bin/magento cache:flush
php bin/magento cache:clean
