sample data installation guide is out of date

i was following the guide given here. but it seems to be out of date for 2 reasons

• installing the wizard does not install the sample data
• theres no such command sampledata:install admin and sampledata:deploy loads non-existing repos such as magento/module-downloadable-sample-data. which are shown here

This should be fixed now. The sample data installation instructions have been updated.

According to contributor guide, tickets without response for two weeks should be closed.
If this issue still reproducible please feel free to create the new one: format new issue according to the Issue reporting guidelines: with steps to reproduce, actual result and expected result and specify Magento version.
