local code pool missing

I know this is pretty minor but the local code pool is missing from the Magento2 code. I'm presuming you'll not be removing this permanently or will there just be community for developers extensions?

Hello. This is because this directory is empty and is not synchronized due to being empty. You can add it on your own.
