* MC-30776:  Improve Performance of SVC (#28)

- Added nikic/php-parser as hard dependency in composer
- Improved performance of DependencyMap creation.
- Remove stms when adding ClassMethod nodes to dependency tree

- Addeed more aggresive AbstractApiVisitor traversal termination
