As a Merchant I want to search for images by it's tag so that I have better image discovery experience and find the image I need faster

Preconditions
- Admin User is logged into Admin Panel
- Admin User views stock image details
Acceptance Criteria
- User activates any tag of the currently viewed image to view images marked with the same tag
- User sees images displayed in a grid as a new search/filter result
