Index inconsistent state

This issue may be related to #19

From time to time it happens, that related products "pop out" of the index and therefore are not shown at frontend anymore. To fix, I have to do a manual index of "Category Products".
I have enabled Async-Index with partial-indexing.

Anyone having a similar problem?

Problem persists even if I disable partial-indexing.
just a guess: could the problem be, that the non-partial-index is performed within a single transaction?
