Spindle crashes when executable doesn't exist and certain flags are specified #101

@mplegendre

Description

@mplegendre

From spindle on El Cap:

-o spindle.level=high and executable does not exist: flux dumps core and the job sticks around with no output or error until the job reaches its time limit
-o spindle=numa and executable does not exist: no error message, but job does die

Default spindle options (-o spindle.level=medium) and executable does not exist: expected error message about executable doesn’t exist and job fails as expected.
