Explicit dispatch via agentName no longer works

After #286 was merged, explicit dispatch using the agentName config no longer works.

I'm using the livekit-hosted version of sandboxes, and noticed explicit dispatch wasn't working anymore. I cloned this repo, and observed the same behavior. I reverted to 8c48f59, and it started working.
