Lightning spec is sometimes confusing, the Rust-Lightning is using its own, hopefully non-ambiguous nomenclature (broadcaster/countersignatory, holder/counterparty, ...) and even a wider set for beyond-LN stuff (external signer, distributed channel monitors setup, ...)

Actually extending the GLOSSARY.md is a never-ending task:

• on live-vs-usable channels : Add flags for if a channel is pub and funding txo in ChannelDetails #912 (comment)

Dissociate "capacity"/"liquidity"/"balance" notions.
