Description

#5569 fixed breaking changes in the crate, but it has yet to hit the street, leaving users no choice but to rely on a fork of the repo.

Motivation

We want to use crates.io, not a forked repo of rust-libp2p.

Requirements

1. Publish libp2p-webrtc-websys v0.4.0-alpha.2 to crates.io

Open questions

When are we going to stop using prereleases? Webrtc has been around for a while, I've been using it, and it's fairly stable IMO. But that's outside the scope of this issue.

Yes I think so, as long as it has all those changes that are in 0.4.0-alpha.2
