HCV color model suggestion (source code attached)

I suggest to add "HCV" color model support. HCV - Hue, Chroma (Colorful), Value (Grayscale).

We already have several similar colour spaces - what's different/better about this one?

Hue converts to raw RGB, blends (mix) with Value (Grayscale) through Chroma. Convert from compiled RGB is hard (but code is small).

I mean how is this different from the HSL and HSV colour models we already have?

Try create three range inputs and result rectangle, and see result. Do not forbit playing with him. This color model different than HSV and HSL.
