Replace -release by -magazine-benchmark and -ludicrous

Adds a new -magazine-benchmark switch that does all the sort of things that OG compiler developers would want journalists to use for their benchmarks.

This also renames -release to -ludicrous to reflect what it actually is.
It also resolves the ambiguity regarding the term “release build” mentioned in #4709.
