Stage is cmd-s, and upstage is cmd-u.

This is a very important feature for me, so I added it. :) I hope the choice of keyboard shortcuts is ok. I considered Cmd-T to be like
git gui, but that's very awkward to type and doesn't make sense. Cmd-S is much faster and was unused. Unstage isn't used as often, so U is probably ok for that.
