Looks like #272 fixed the issue, consolidating on a single python version across all stages/workflows is a good callout, opening an issue for this #273

Adding context. for #274, We have introduced a matrix strategy for Python versions in the e2e testing workflow to support future requirements. Currently, only Python 3.13 is enabled.
May consider to follow this strategy for the project,.
