[e2e] Add test that uses AWS VPC CNI #3286
Description
It will useful to add tests for the AWS native CNI.
Adding a template with necessary kubelet arguments to use AWS native CNI is tracked here: #931
There is a very good example implemented before CRS was available here: #1158
We need to create policies required for AWS native CNI and add install the CNI DaemonSet.
As a follow up issue, we can revisit the code where we allow ports specific to Calico in security groups.
