linePlusBarChart - Bars overflow into yAxis2 when padData:true

When using you're example: http://plnkr.co/edit/f0QET0?p=preview
If you add: bars: {
forceY: [0],
* padData:true,*
},
The bars overflow into the yAxis2.

Is there anyway to fix this?

i am facing same issue .
overflow bars and bar's tooltip not working only line tooltip works.

I noticed one thing.
In angular-fullstack generator chart load correctly only main page (first view) and doesn't work correctly with inner pages.
also check with generator-angular works fine with generator-angular

After a lot of googling i found the issue.
angular/angular.js#8934
but in my case some are works and other isn't.

I can confirm <base href="/"> breaks linePlusBarChart my unique solution was remove the base tag (and edit a lot of files)

PS
It breaks also the tooltips on bars
