Neo dispute kit deployment artifacts should not have a Neo suffix #2122
Description
Because there is no Neo-specific code change to the dispute kits, unlike KlerosCoreNeo and SortitionModuleNeo.
Impact:
Deployment scripts and all contract helper utility for Viem and Ethers.
No impact on the solidity code besides the KlerosProxies placeholders.
