Attachment modal bug #104
Description
When creating an invoice or payment, if you upload an agreement doc and then open the upload modal again and cancel, it crashes. Interestingly, if no doc is selected and the modal is closed, the crash doesn't seem to happen.
The same happens when attaching evidence.
Crucially, the original document seems to be uploaded correctly, so it is not as critical.
NOTE: On production, this only shows as a console warning. On dev, it crashes like below:
