- Remove unused code and code which was only needed for Python 2.x.
- Fix some warnings from Python style checkers.

@kba, I noticed that I still had these old updates while running tests with kraken. Kraken tests use hocr-spec-python, and I wondered why it still installs It would be great to have a brand new release that doesn't include any of this old stuff. |
