Cell Magic variables %% in Jupyter Notebook Python3 not available

I have installed Jupyter Notebook. Unfortunately, the magic variables %%info, %%sql, etc are not a available. Do I need to install any packages for this.

The %%sql magic is a separate package: https://github.com/catherinedevlin/ipython-sql

I don't know about %%info.
