• snpnet-lasso: this sub-directory contains coefficient tables for example phenotypes, including height, BMI, asthma and high cholesterol. Please see the snpnet paper for experiment details.
• snpnet-elastic-net: this sub-directory contains the scripts used to apply elastic net with snpnet.
• PRScs: this sub-directory contains scripts used to run PRScs for performance comparison.
• SBayesR: this sub-directory contains scripts used to run SBayesR for performance comparison.
