Response status 422 is missing in post/patch/delete relationship endpoint

Should be added in:
- `DocumentationOpenApiOperationFilter`
- `OpenApiEndpointConvention.GetErrorStatusCodesForEndpoint`

And be covered by tests in:
- `DocumentationTests`
- `ErrorResponseTests`
