Honestly, the more I think about this, the more I realise that it doesn't make any sense to disable, ever. I stumbled upon it, because it paniced and then tried to recover, but I couldn't see what was happening. |

Frustrating to debug/develop anything if the stacktrace is disabled. This enables it ONLY if the debug level is DEBUG, which seems fair.
