create release tags for milestones

Hello!

I'm the maintainer for the jsdoc3-dash docset library. I'm working on some enhancements to the docset generation tasks, and I would like to keep my docset version in sync with the milestone releases for this project, since the documentation is generated based on this project's master branch. Would you please consider creating release tags when milestones have been completed and delivered? That way I can query for milestone versions and update my docset version to match.

Thanks for getting in touch, @nicholascloud--I'm excited to find out that there's a Dash docset for JSDoc! I hadn't run across this yet.

Sure, I'd be happy to tag releases. My goal is to get the docs well and truly up to date before I release JSDoc 3.3.0, and I'll add the first release tag once I've done that.

It probably makes sense to tag the docs with JSDoc version numbers. The downside is that if I fix a doc bug right after I tag, say, the 3.3.0 docs, you won't pick it up in the Dash docset until 3.3.1. If I made a truly consequential doc change, I suppose I could tag the docs as v3.3.0.1 or something.

@hegemonic Awesome, thanks! I agree re: using the actual JSDoc version numbers. They seem to be following the semver convention (https://github.com/npm/node-semver) which is exactly what Dash uses. My goal is to set up an automated system where I can either poll for new doc releases and do an automatic build/update of the docset OR maybe expose a URL that could be triggered by github whenever you tag a new release. But right now I'm doing builds manually :)

I finally got around to tagging the 3.3.0 version of the docs. I'll continue to add new tags from here on out.
