Chrome failed to start: crashed. (chrome not reachable) #31
Description
I've tested both images 3.8-selenium and 3.9-selenium using the configurations in the test_script.py:

chrome_options = webdriver.ChromeOptions()
chrome_options.add_argument('--no-sandbox')
chrome_options.add_argument('--headless')
chrome_options.add_argument('--disable-gpu')
chrome_options.add_argument('--disable-dev-shm-usage')
chrome_options.add_argument("--window-size=1920,1080")
driver = webdriver.Chrome(options=chrome_options)
Both throw this error:

(The process started from chrome location /usr/bin/google-chrome is no longer running, so ChromeDriver is assuming that Chrome has crashed.)
