Can EBUSD send actively data to another server?

### Description

I have EBUSD running on a Raspi. In addition I have a Webserver running in a GIRA X1.
Can EBUSD send actively data to that Webserver so that I do not need to do a WebRequest from the X1 to Raspi?
A direct KNX integration is not possible because I do not have an KNX IP interface….
