upgrade needed due to Cannot find module '@angular/http' message
upgrade to angular 9 rc 10
had errors following upgrade to angular 9 when running ng test
upgrading @types/node

Hello, just in case someone wants to use angular 9 instead of 7.. I'll update it to the stable version when it's released
