- Removed ESLint and Prettier configuration files (.eslintignore, .eslintrc.js, .prettierignore, .prettierrc.js).
- Added Biome configuration file (biome.json).
- Updated the linting and formatting scripts in package.json to use Biome.
- Removed eslint and prettier dependencies
- Added .npmrc file to pin node version
